Shuttle Service Will Be Provided to and back from the
Wedding Ceremony / Reception.

We have tentatively reserved suites for our guests at the luxurious DoubleTree Guest Suites in Plymouth Meeting, PA.

Please follow the procedure below to make your reservations:

1. Call 610-834-8300 during business hours or 1-800-222-TREE anytime. Ask for reservations and state the name of our group: .

2. Make your reservations and receive your confirmation number from your agent. Please have a credit card available to guarantee the reservation or you may send a deposit of one night's room rate plus tax.

3. The group/family rate is $119 plus tax per suite, per evening. This rate is valid over the dates listed above.

4. In order to receive the discounted group rate, all reservations must be made by: Friday, July 15, 2011.

The Family rate is applicable for two adults and four children under the age of 18. If there are more than two adults, an additional charge of $20.00 per additional adult will apply.

Standard Suite consists of a bedroom with a King Size Bed and a living room with a queen size sofa bed. Suites with two double beds and a queen sofa bed are available by request.

Reservations received after the cut off date will be accepted based on the hotels availability at the prevailing weekend rate. Check-in is any time after 3:00 p.m., check-out time is Noon.

Directions from the PA Turnpike:
Follow the PA Turnpike to Exit 333 - Norristown/Plymouth Meeting. Follow signs to Plymouth Road. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Plymouth Road. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Germantown Pike West. Follow Germantown Pike to the second traffic light and turn right onto Hickory Road. At the next light, turn left onto Fountain Road. The hotel will be on your right.

Directions from Route 476 (Blue Route):
Follow Route 476 to Germantown Pike West (Exit #20). Follow Germantown Pike West to the third traffic light and turn right onto Hickory Road. At the next light, turn left onto Fountain Road. The hotel will be on your right.

Directions from Philadelphia:
Take I-76 West Plymouth Meeting Exit 331-B (Route 476). Take Route 476 North. Follow directions from Route 476 above.

Directions from the Philadelphia International Airport:
Take I-95 South to Route 476 North to Plymouth Meeting. Follow directions from Route 476 above.

Directions from South New Jersey:
Take the Walt Whitman Bridge to I-76. Follow directions from Philadelphia above.
Second Option: Take the Commodore Barry Bridge to I-95 North. Follow I-95 North to Route 476. Follow the directions from Route 476 above.

Directions from New York & the New Jersey Turnpike:
Follow the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit #6, which is the PA Turnpike. Follow the PA Turnpike West to Exit #25 (#333) - Norristown. Follow directions from the PA Turnpike above.

From Delaware & the South:
Take I-95 North to Route 476 North. Follow directions from Route 476 above.
